Shelf Company, Why do you need it.
A company is the starting point of the entity you would like to start. By choosing a pre-registered or shelf company, the registration number is available immediately.

When do we do it
We start with the company amendments. Once we have received payment we will request the details for your shelf company. When we have received them, we submit the name change immediately and transfer the company to you.

Tax Clearance
This document verifies that your company is tax complaint and is issued by SARS. This is also often a requirement for many big corporates and tenders. For new companies is it a very straight forward process. (This is done as soon as your company registration is completed)

Public Officer Appointment
Every company registered with CIPC is required to appoint a Public Officer within 30 days of registration. SARS will not process any applications for its services until the Public Officer is appointed. (Don Immediately after Company Registration)

BEE Affidavit
Why do you need it
This is the document which verifies your B-BBEE status which is often a requirement for businesses and tenders. (This is done as soon as your company registration is completed.)
